"Walk-in" Therapy Sessions
When you’re having a problem, don’t sit on a waitlist while your problem gets worse. Receive the support you need, when you need it through our single-session walk-in therapy services!
Did you know that Limestone Clinic Kingston Counselling & Psychotherapy was one of the first Ontario psychotherapy centres to offer single-session treatments (what we call "walk-in," tho you can do it virtually or in-person)? It's true! We didn't see the logic in waiting around for help when an ounce of prevention could be used instead of a pound of cure.
What is a Walk-in or Single-Session appointment, anyways?
A walk-in is one-time, non-crisis session with an available therapist booked with a short-wait or same-day timeframe. We offer in-person and online therapy walk-in appointments, designed to provide support, help you tackle a problem, and assist with next steps.
When Can I Book a Walk-In Appointment?
These sessions are available during times that each practitioner has available in their schedule in the coming next *two weeks.* These appointments are not guaranteed to be available on short notice.

Our Walk-In Therapists
The teamwork makes the dreamwork. The most important team member is YOU. Knowing that you're the one who puts the "T" in "therapy," you can choose to have a single-session appointment with any of these therapists, based on mutual availability, and of course, matching our therapist's expertise with the problem for which you are seeking support.
